In this industry, no two days are ever the same. Events change, timelines shift, and clients dream big (which we love). That’s why having a strong, adaptable, and values-driven team is not just important, it’s everything.

Some of us are natural problem solvers. Others are creatives, logistical legends, or big-picture thinkers. But what unites us is a shared drive to create great spaces and do work we’re proud of, for clients we genuinely enjoy working with.
Introducing some of the team that makes the magic happen every day:
Nicola – Managing Director & Owner
Nicola has spent more than 25 years in the events industry and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Brandition. With degrees in Business, Arts and Media Studies (majoring in Event Management), she still believes nothing compares to learning on the job.
Her career began in the corporate world as a Functions Manager, then as a Wedding Planner, before joining Brandition in 2016 as a Sales and Event Stylist. Nicola built the Styling arm of the business from the ground up, moving from part-time to full-time, and along the way picked up skills in warehousing, logistics and maintenance. Her passion and dedication saw her rise to General Manager and, in 2023, become the proud owner of Brandition.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys long lunches with friends and family, homeware shopping, reading, and spending time with her dog, Harley. Her drink of choice? A glass of Mumm Champagne, a margarita, or a cheeky office port with the team.

Anita – Finance & Compliance Manager
Anita wears many hats at Brandition. While her title is Finance and Compliance Manager, she also looks after website management, tech support, and office administration. Her behind-the-scenes dedication is the backbone of the business, and her passion and loyalty were instrumental to Brandition’s success post-COVID.
Known for her kindness and generosity, Anita is not only a support to the business but to the entire team, earning the affectionate title of “mum of 23,” counting all the staff.
Away from the office, Anita loves time with her family and neighbours. A perfect afternoon for her is a casual gathering on the back deck with wine and a charcuterie board.

Belinda – Maintenance & Repairs Manager
Belinda joined Brandition in 2022, leaving behind 20 years in the corporate world for a lifestyle change. What started as a casual role in repairs and maintenance has become a full-time position where she ensures every piece of furniture, from bars to backdrops, leaves the warehouse looking its best.
Belinda takes great pride in her work and brings incredible energy to the team. Known for her generosity, positive attitude and love of good music, she’s the heartbeat of the warehouse and always lifts morale.
Outside work, Belinda enjoys live music, researching solutions, and time with friends. And her dog, Aggie. Her favourite drink is lemon water, although she won’t say no to a Merlot or a gin.

Jess – Logistics & Warehouse Manager
Jess joined Brandition in 2023, stepping in to support operations during maternity leave and quickly proving herself as a dedicated and reliable team member. With a background in retail support, she wanted to broaden her experience in events, and she’s since become an integral part of our logistics and warehouse team.
Her hard work, loyalty and genuine care for the business have made her a standout.
When she’s not managing the warehouse, Jess enjoys netball, socialising, painting, and shopping for homewares. Her drink of choice is a lychee martini—or a classic dry martini.

Darcy – Team Lead & Warehouse
Darcy joined Brandition in 2023 and quickly stood out as a reliable, thoughtful and hardworking team member. From leading teams and driving trucks to solving problems in the warehouse, Darcy brings maturity and care well beyond his years.
He’s much loved by the team for his positive attitude and commitment.
When not in the warehouse, Darcy is immersed in Brisbane’s live music scene, playing drums in several bands and performing most weekends.
